NOTD: China Glaze Smoke and Ashes! (Swatch)

I really love this polish!  This is part of the China Glaze Hunger Games collection! The teal shimmer is so unique and in certain lighting it looks like a dark sparkling green.  The formula is on the thick side and opaque in 2 coats.  Enjoy the swatch!
