NOTD: Nails inc. Piccadilly Circus (swatch)

Piccadilly Circus is a bright beet red color and the formula is A++!  I love the formula on all of the Nails inc polishes I've tried!  I love this color because when you look at it you're like, is it red? is it pink?  hmm....it's pretty!  It also has a wet look to it after it dries!  I love that! Enjoy the swatch!
