Update: I've really been having trouble in the evenings when my husband gets home because he isn't on a diet and I make him seperate food. I really need to focus on getting past the evenings without cheating. This isn't easy when you're doing it alone.
Day 8: Monday, March 26th, 2012:

Update: I'm not going to lie. I'm getting MAJORLY bored with my food choices. The produce selection in Alaska is limited. I'm craving watermelon and grapes. Hopefully the grocery store has more variety soon.

So......guess who blew their raw diet again tonight? :-/ This is harder than I thought. Tomorrow is a new day. I'm not going to give up. It's a journey.

Update: I got bad news this afternoon and got all stressed and down on life and pigged out. I have the worst stomach ache. I deserve it. Back to raw 100% tomorrow. Gotta move forward!
Day 4: Thursday, March 22nd, 2012:
Update: I had a horrible headache for 2 days (I'm sure it was caffeine withdrawals). I had to cold turkey the Coke Zeros and sugar free Monsters! My headache is gone though! I honestly have no appetite, which is odd. When I eat processed or junk food, I am so hungry and eat like a horse. This way of eating really controls my appetite.
