NOTD: Butter London Tart with a Heart! (swatch)

This polish came in a duo with Fairy Lights polish.  I honestly hated the duo.  I put them on my blog sale and no one was interested either, so I decided to take them off my sale and give it another chance.  I hadn't tried it on it's own, so I decided to give it a try.  It's not bad.  I still don't love it, but I don't hate it anymore.  It's reminds me of a slightly golder version of Sally Hansen's Strobe Light polish.  Enjoy the swatch!
