Sephora by OPI's Indi-go with flow is a unique chunky blue steel glitter polish. It is technically a top coat, but it is jam packed with so much glitter that it only takes 2 coats to be pretty opaque. It looks similar in color to China Glaze Skyscraper, but Indi-go with the flow has much chunkier glitter. Here are side by side comparison and swatches below. I apologize for the blurry photo. My camera isn't cooperating when it comes to photographing glitter.
